So glad you are here! I started this website and blog because I had a story to tell about how God worked a miracle in our lives and gave us a child when we least expected her. To read more about that story, go back to the early posts on the blog page. As I’ve written more and more, however, this site has grown into a place just to testify of the Lord’s greatness in our everyday lives as I learn how to be a mama.
Mama life ain’t easy, so grab a cup of coffee and let’s swap stories. My hope is that something you find here will bless you and encourage you to keep going when joy doesn’t seem to be part of the picture. I won’t pretend to have it all together or even have any profound advice, except that following Jesus is the only way to make it. He is my joy, even in the toughest times. Here are a few of my latest posts:

We sing a lot in our house (I am a former music teacher), so I sometimes include songs in the blog posts. When I can’t find the words to say what I need to, there’s often a song that perfectly says what I’m trying to convey. The songs are all collected on the music page and the page for children’s songs. I guess you could call the song below my theme song for this site. I will never run out of praise for Jesus!
Thanks for stopping by!
