Being a mama is exhausting. Caring for another person (or two, or more) is definitely a full-time occupation. Sometimes it feels like there’s no time or energy left to do anything else. And sometimes the Lord asks me to do something “extra” and I think, “How in the world am I going to do that?” But it’s amazing how He gives strength and whatever else I need, when I need it.
And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:
II Corinthians 9:8
And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
II Corinthians 12:9
And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.
Romans 4:21
Going on for God is always worthwhile. Not only can I do a work for the One who gave all for me, but possibly be a help to someone else who is struggling and seeking the Lord. His benefits far outweigh any hardships I may encounter.
