For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

I am so thankful to be a child of God and for all my brothers and sisters in Christ. I appreciate all those who are following Jesus and living their lives for Him, allowing the Spirit to move through them, as an example to our little girl and a help to each other. It is such a comfort to have prayer warriors to call on when the battle gets hot and friends to rejoice with when the victory is won. I am thankful for the distinct gifts given to each one that work together to keep the church going. We are so blessed to have a church that is still a place of refuge from the world and a place to gather on a regular basis, when a lot of churches are closing their doors. I am also thankful that the church is not confined to four walls. It’s empowering to know that there are Christians all over the world, most of whom I will never meet in this life, fighting the same fight and holding on until the end. And it’s very exciting to think that one day we will all celebrate together!
