Day 21 (Word): 30 Days of Thankfulness

That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

Ephesians 5:26

As a continuation of yesterday’s post, I am thankful for the water of the Word. The Word of God washes me cleaner than any soap imaginable. And it takes the Word to keep me clean. I am grateful to be in a place where I can hear sound preaching and teaching of the Word and be able to read the Bible any time I want. Just like with physical water, I take those things for granted. I thank the Lord that we still have the freedom here to worship Him without fear.
